We take Matthew 25 seriously!  As we follow Jesus, we seek to fufilll his vision for taking care of folks in need: "I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you gave me clothing, I was sick and you took care of me, I was in prison and you visited me" (vv.35–36 NRSV).

 

Our food box distribution ministry takes place once a month at Warren Temple, generally on the third Wednesday of the month.  We pick up the food on the preceding Monday, pack boxes on Tuesday, and distribute on Wednesday.

 

For April 2025, the schedule is as follows:

 

• Monday, 21 April, at 10:00 a.m.: bulk food pickup

• Tuesday, 22 April, at 10:00 a.m.: packing day

• Wednesaday, 23 April, at 10:00 a.m.: food distribution to the community!

 

Vehicles should enter the parking lot on the west side of the church using the Depot Street entrance that's furthest to the west; traffic flows in a U-shape.  See you there!
